Our firm has handled several cases in which we have defended lawyers against claims of malpractice. These cases often include claims of breach of fiduciary duty, although such claims are distinct and different from claims of malpractice. We consider the opportunity to be the “lawyer’s lawyer” to be an endorsement of our reputation and ability. We do not accept representation of plaintiffs in legal malpractice cases.
