For decades, we have represented a San Antonio-based PMA aircraft parts manufacturer in its business and commercial litigation. In 2015, our client asked if we would also represent it in aviation accident-related lawsuits as well. Although our firm had little experience in that area of practice at the time, our client was confident that we would work hard - and we did - to learn what we needed to learn to successfully represent our client. Having benefited from the confidence that our original client placed in us, we want to expand our involvement in aviation litigation. We bring a fresh approach to aviation cases, one that has benefited our original client in this area, and that will benefit other clients as well.
